Xifeng County's New Era Civilization Practice Center has been working with the county cultural center to build an integrated civilization practice hub in recent years, allowing residents to enjoy reading, art classes, policy lectures, cultural experiences, fitness activities, and other public services all at the cultural center.

Xifeng has continued to hold a variety of community cultural activities, including hands-on experiences of traditional crafts such as tie-dyeing and Miao embroidery. Free public courses in calligraphy, traditional folk music, and square dancing are also offered on a regular basis, providing residents with opportunities to learn new skills, showcase their talents, and enrich their cultural lives.

Growing numbers of residents are taking part in the programs. "In the past, I had to visit a different place for every activity. Now, everything is available at the cultural center, which is much more convenient," said a local resident surnamed Zhang.
