Xifeng textile enterprise begins full production

The production workshop of Guizhou Longxin Green Textile Technology Co, located in the Guiyang Green Ecological Dyeing and Printing Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xifeng county, Guiyang city, Guizhou province, was put into full operation on Oct 20.

Guizhou Longxin, the first enterprise to settle and begin production in the industrial park, focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-end superfine nylon fabrics. Its core team hails from Shengze town, Jiangsu – one of China's leading textile hubs – and brings extensive industry expertise.

The company planned to build 1,700 intelligent water-jet looms, which began operation on Sept 23. The production line is expected to yield 24 million meters of greige fabric annually, generate an estimated annual output value of 70 million yuan ($9.84 million), and create more than 100 local jobs.

"Guizhou province's humid and mild climate is particularly suitable for nylon fabric manufacturing," said Yuan Xiangguo, Longxin's factory director. Once all 1,700 looms are in full operation, annual production will reach 84 million meters, with an estimated output value of 310 million yuan and over 350 employment opportunities.

Over the next five to eight years, Longxin aims to establish a full-process nylon textile industrial system integrating spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and garment manufacturing, helping to develop a nylon technology industrial park into a comprehensive industrial ecosystem.
