Xifeng's industrial park achieves investment breakthrough

Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Industrial Park Construction and Operation Co held its 2025 second-quarter joint signing ceremony on June 19, formalizing a park-entry agreement with Guizhou Xinglan Textile Technology Co. With this agreement, Xinglan Textile becomes the first-ever investment tenant in the brand-new Guiyang Green Ecological Dyeing Circular Economy Industrial Park in Xifeng county.

At the signing ceremony, Shan Weiming, chairman of Guizhou Xinglan Textile Technology Co, praised the Guiyang Green Ecological Dyeing Circular Economy Industrial Park as Guizhou province's core supporting project for the textile industry, endowed with unique resource advantages. He confirmed that Xinglan Textile will develop a full-industry-chain operation on site, constructing a modern, digitalized, and intelligent factory designed for high-quality growth. The new facility will integrate spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and garment manufacturing into an efficient and collaborative supply chain, significantly enhancing the company's competitiveness and long-term vitality.

The industrial park spans over 4,800 mu (320 hectares) and is dedicated to textile production, dyeing, finishing, and apparel manufacturing. To date, nearly 140,000 square meters of standard factory buildings have been completed, along with supporting infrastructure, including a wastewater treatment plant that is currently under development.

Next, the industrial park will intensify its investment-attraction efforts to welcome additional high-quality enterprises. By fostering an integrated dyeing and textile cluster, the park aims to drive sustainable economic growth and advance Guiyang’s green, high-value industrial transformation.
