Xifeng Economic Development Zone earns provincial recognition for green growth

The Office of the Leading Group for the High-Quality Development of Development Zones in Guizhou Province recently released the 2024 list of exemplary development zones. The Xifeng Economic Development Zone stood out for its achievements in green development and was selected as a model zone.

In recent years, the Xifeng Economic Development Zone has focused on its core industries of phosphorus-fluorine chemical engineering and specialty pharmaceuticals, pushing forward high-end, intelligent, and eco-friendly industrial growth.

In 2024, the development zone earned the highest score in the province in the D-level zone evaluation and received multiple honors, including recognition as a provincial and national-level green development zone.

"Next, we will continue to deepen the reform of the development zone," a representative of the development zone said. "Our development zone will remain a key force in driving industrial growth, project development, and investment, accelerating the creation of a modern industrial system."
