Xifeng adds 77,000 sq m of broiler chicken farming facilities

The Xifeng Zhongchuangyuan Co recently completed over 10,000 square meters of standardized broiler chicken farming facilities, along with 6,000 sq m of new standardized facilities built by four major broiler chicken farmers, all of which have officially begun production. A total of 200,000 chicks have been introduced into the facilities.

In recent years, Xifeng county in Guiyang has adopted a "government + company + family farm (farmers)" operational model, enabling over 400 households to build more than 500,000 sq m of chicken houses. This has significantly boosted the production capacity and supply of chicken.

As of the end of July, 25 new chicken houses covering 77,000 sq m have been completed, with 76,000 sq m put into use. An additional 580,000 broiler chickens have been added to the stock, with a cumulative 620,800 chickens already brought to market. The county is expected to achieve an additional output of 2 million broiler chickens by the end of the year.

Moving forward, Xifeng will continue to optimize services and accelerate the implementation of projects like the upgrading and renovation of broiler chicken farming facilities, aiming to achieve an annual output of 13 million poultry, thereby improving both the quality and quantity of the county's broiler chicken industry.
