Hot springs drive warm economy in Xifeng

As early winter sets in and the weather gradually gets colder, the Nanshan Tianmu Hot Springs are becoming increasingly popular. Every day, many visitors come to enjoy the hot springs, attracted by their growing popularity.

The Nanshan Tianmu Hot Springs are located in Xinluo village, Xifeng county and cover an area of approximately 28,000 square meters. The hot spring water is sourced from natural mineral springs 2,500 meters underground, rich in beneficial minerals and trace elements such as strontium, selenium, and silicic acid. They are designated as a provincial-level forest health and rehabilitation pilot base.

The scenic area offers services such as hot spring health maintenance, eco-tourism, family entertainment, catering, and accommodation. It features attractions like forest bathhouses, unique space capsules, barbecue facilities, special health and wellness therapies, spa treatments, steam baths, and a children's playground.

The Guiyang Hot Springs Season was launched at the Nanshan Tianmu Hot Springs on Dec 2. The live broadcast of the event had garnered a total online viewership of 1.55 million people as of Dec 4.

Following the event, the number of visitors coming to enjoy the hot springs gradually increased, with many tourists arriving from afar.

The bustling atmosphere is not limited to the Nanshan Tianmu Hot Springs; the county's other hot spring scenic spots have also attracted a large number of visitors. The popularity of Xifeng's hot springs is continuing to rise, contributing to a sustained growth in the "warm economy" during the winter season.

Moving forward, Xifeng will launch more "hot spring +" activities, such as hot springs + concerts, hot springs + study tours, and hot springs + sports meetings, and promotional activities in an effort to attract more visitors.
