Xifeng tops grass-roots court performance list

Xifeng People's Court in Xifeng county, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, ranks first in a public satisfaction assessment among all other grass-roots people's courts within the city.

In January, the case filling chamber of the court became a leading unit in litigation source governance in Guizhou.

The lawsuit service center of the court integrates law services, letter-or-visit receptions, data disclosure and other functions. In addition, the court took the initiative to open the first 24-hour law service hotline in Guiyang.

The court also encourages people to enjoy their online services, which involve case registrations, mediations, and fee payments. Last year, the court handled 1,667 case registration applications, mediated 599 cases, and received 216 online attachments.
