The taxation bureau of Xifeng county, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province has launched a special campaign that has cumulatively cut more than 167 million yuan ($26.05 million) of taxes for small and micro-sized enterprises for this year.

Meanwhile, the bureau has also assisted 39 manufacturing firms in tax deferral of over 2.9 million yuan.

The bureau is said to have also joined in efforts with the county's association of industry and commerce, guiding corporate representatives and tax-related staff members to learn more about policies on preferential taxes and fees.

To date, the bureau has mailed out more than 70,000 tax receipts to 600 taxpayers this year, and the online declaration rate of major tax types has reached 95 percent, saving more time for taxpayers.

Focusing on the financing problems of small and micro-sized enterprises, the bureau is said to have popularized favorable loan programs with enterprises through WeChat groups.

It is understood officials offer one-on-one services to enterprises in need, in order to help them maintain good credit records.
