Xifeng government service center simplifies procedures

In order to reduce the administrative burden on citizens, the Xifeng government has made efforts to fully streamline its governance.

By merging the functions of each sector, simplifying work processes and raising management efficiency, the government has amalgamated 122 service windows to nine comprehensive ones. 55 self-service windows have also been set up, equipped with service guides and government staff members ready to offer assistance to citizens.

By the end of April 2021, more than 120 problems related to people's wellbeing had been discovered. The government formulated 210 corresponding measures, and dealt with the 109 items that people concerned most.
