County strengthens pandemic control accountability

In response to the increasingly severe pandemic situation, Xifeng county in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, is proactively seeking to contain infections from outside the county by launching an emergency response mechanism.

The county's discipline inspection and supervision commissions have established three teams to  inspect epidemic prevention and control work of departments at all levels.

Team members carried out random inspections, referred to relevant books, and focused on key venues with large passenger flows, including railway stations, the government service hall, quarantine sites, logistic hubs, and schools.

From March 29 to now, the teams have inspected 111 locations and compiled a list of 69 problems to be addressed as soon as possible.
